Rickrolling, the act of misdirecting someone to a video of Rick Astley singing his 80s pop hit Never Gonna Give You Up, is one of those goofy things that only becomes popular via the Internet. The Return of Jezebel James was supposed to be Amy Sherman-Palladino’s triumphant return to television. She and her husband had been sort of forced out of Gilmore Girls’ last season, and this was supposed to be the show that vindicated her as a creator. The Mist is one of the best horror films to hit theaters in years. While most of horror has gone the way of Saw for cheap torture-porn thrills, The Mist was a throwback to everything that helped make classic horror films. It was slow and methodical. When it comes to the new G.I. Joe film, fair or not, Snake Eyes may be the most famous character outside of Cobra Commander and Destro.
