There are some news stories that simply catch you out of left field, and knock you for a loop.  The announcement of : The Movie coming to this year is one of those.  Just for those who are confused, this is the film version of the classic, campy 1960s television series starring Adam West.

What’s even weirder than a high definition transfer of a film that most will admit to not being very good in the first place?  A fully loaded disc with some genuinely interesting sounding features.  Sure, it’s just to cash in on the release of The this summer, but at least is giving it the royal treatment in doing so.
